Leticia Pelayo, author of the 9010 FIT Lifestyle Program Book, "9010 FIT: Eat Well, Get Fit and Feel Good"

 

Leticia is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in English and Spanish Literature.  In addition to her college education, she has taken countless courses in various topics including training design and development, global cultures, telecommunications, project management, web design, holistic nutrition, fitness, team building, etc. to further her education and professional skills.  

Her career has been in Corporate Training focused on Adult Learning Education, Academic Education of children K-12, Fitness Training, Technical Sales, Engineering, Project Management and Web Development.  Additionally, she has extensive experience leading and working with global teams in the UK, Singapore, India, France and Israel.

As a result of her dedication and hard work and the benefits people gained by her work, she has received awards for Training Courses she developed, Projects she led and Web Sites she designed.  She has also helped many people improve their health and feel great by teaching them about Nutrition and Fitness.


About the 9010 FIT Lifestyle Program

In addition to her passion in her extensive corporate career, Leticia has always been enthusiastic about health and fitness.  She has informally studied holistic nutrition and fitness throughout her life. Many years back she decided to start writing the 9010 FIT Book.  It began as a recipe book because she loves good food and was inspired by her mom's delicious Mexican cooking.  But when she experienced a sports injury and could not walk, she realized how quickly a person can gain weight without exercise and by eating indulgent foods.  The goal then was to create recipes that were healthy and great tasting.  The book evolved again when she created the Weight Loss Food and Fitness Plan.  She then decided to develop the Wellness and Body Sculpting Plans to compliment the book and also added an inspirational story.  The idea was to offer great tasting and healthy recipes that could be prepared quickly, a food plan to drop weight or get fit and 3 day per week fitness plans to make things easy and achievable for anyone looking to get fit. She titled the book, "9010 FIT, Eat Well, Get Fit and Feel Good".  

The book, however, was no longer just a book but a complete program focused on nutrition, fitness and mental strength, called “The 9010 FIT Lifestyle Program”.  After all, every person is composed of mind, body and soul and to achieve great overall results all areas of a person need to be nurtured and strengthened.  

 
 

While the 9010 FIT Book was in development people asked Leticia for help to achieve a healthy weight and lifestyle.  She happily shared her program.  It was exciting to find that people of all ages had success!  So after years spent writing the book and with great results, the program will be launched to the public.  The 9010 FIT Program includes the Main Book, "9010 Fit, Eat Well, Get Fit and Feel Good".  It has delicious and healthy recipes, a Food Plan to help a person drop weight or get fit, Fitness Plans for Weight Loss, Wellness and Body Sculpting and a motivational story.  Also offered is the 9010 FIT Journal so a person can track their progress and Fitness Videos.  

Lastly but most importantly, Leticia is very committed to helping people which is why she choose to create the 9010 FIT Lifestyle Program.  She would like to assist those who need guidance, encouragement and knowledge to reach their fitness and health goals.  Her aspiration is for many people to experience great success on the 9010 FIT Lifestyle Program and of course enjoy the process by feeling great and eating delicious food along the way!
