About The 9010 FIT Food, Fitness Plans and Journal
At 9010 FIT we do not believe that you should eat bland food or live at the gym to lose weight and get fit. Instead, we feel that you should eat tasty food and enjoy fun physical activities to get in great shape! So we created a Food Plan that includes a huge variety of delicious food that will help you lose weight and stay fit. And because we know you are busy, most of the recipes take only 30 minutes to make and the Fitness Plans are 3 days per week. Plus there is jiggle room; 9010 means follow the Food Plan 90% of the time and indulge 10%. Although, the food is delicious so you will feel like you are splurging all the time. So give it a try! You have nothing to lose except maybe some weight and to enjoy great meals along the way!
