Sometimes, even with the best intentions, life happens and we don't meet our health goals. And all those great resolutions for eating healthy, being active, losing weight, etc. go out the door. Instead, maybe more work, stress or other projects take priority. Maybe it is just indulging a little too much and being around people who do the same.
So what follows? Perhaps disappointment that goals weren't met. But don't beat yourself up! It happens to everyone.
If you fall short of what you want to accomplish, don't worry, just get back on the path and keep going. Know that sometimes things outside of your control and in your control will happen. But you can always start your plan at any time. Surround yourself with people that share the same healthy lifestyle you want so you will stay on track.
