9010 FIT offers a Nutrition and Fitness Training Program which includes a main book with delicious and healthy recipes, a Weight Loss Plan, Wellness Plan and a Body Sculpting Plan and a motivational story. A Companion Book is also offered to help people track their progress. The recipes are easy and fast to make, most are ready in 30 minutes and the fitness plans only ask for 3 days of exercise per week!
There is also an Electronic Fitness Video for Stretching.

9010 FIT Return Policy - Physical products like books can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. E-books and E-Videos are not refundable. A customer will need to send the item back in “new condition” and will be responsible for paying return shipping costs with tracking information. Before returning an item please email support@9010FIT.com to notify 9010 FIT of your return. Once we receive the item(s) we will issue a refund and advise you via email. Thank you
