At 9010 FIT we believe you can have it all: eat delicious food, get in great shape and feel terrific!  To help you reach these goals we designed a Nutrition & Fitness Program for Weight Loss, Wellness and Body Sculpting called the “9010 FIT Lifestyle Program”.

 

To make things easy 9010 FIT created lots of tasty 30 minute recipes that help you lose weight and stay fit and 3 day per week fitness plans! The 9010 FIT Lifestyle Program offers a Main Book, Journal, Fitness Videos and Personal Training. You can choose from any of these products and services to help you reach your goals! 


So what does 9010 mean?  

Simply said, 9010 means eat healthy and delicious meals 90% of the week and indulge 10% of the time by enjoying your favorite treats.  However, the 9010 FIT Lifestyle Program Book has lots of delicious recipes so you will feel like you are splurging all the time! The Program will show you how to eat appetizing food and engage in fun physical activities to get fit and feel great!

If you are new to working out the best way to start is by learning how to exercise correctly, safely and effectively. Every person has different needs and goals so a custom program will be created to help you look & feel your best!

A Fitness Program may include some or all of these areas depending on a person’s needs:

  • Stretching, Sit ups, Weight Training, Cardiovascular Exercises and a Nutritional Food Plan

  • Custom plans for Weight Loss, Wellness and/or Body Sculpting working out only 3 days per week

  • Indoor and/or Outdoor Workout sessions
